• 2 payments - 1/2 due today, balance charged to the same card in 30 days

(MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE SAME REGISTRATION OPTION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE REGISTRATION, AND THE SAME PAYMENT PLAN AT THE END OF THE REGISTRATION, OR YOU WILL NOT GET THE CORRECT TOTAL TO PAY)

Participation payment must be made in full or your player will not receive a team uniform.

Also, we MUST have your players School Verification on file or they WILL NOT PLAY until we do.  This could be as simple screen as a screen shot from their student portal, a letter from the school, or even a photo of their report card. The letter must show their name, date of birth and/or grade level.; Please upload your file using the form at the link below.
